Arrange a meeting with project leader and find the root cause of the bug and discover a solution to remove the bug as soon as possible
if developer can able to fix it within 30 mins,it should be done immediately
else clarify to the client about the seriouness of the bug that cause impact on the application.Delay the project delivery until we get any reply from their side

will make sure first whether the issue is going to resolve
in time limit or not if yes.. will fix the bug and do proper
testing if not will take time to fix the bug or let the
client know about the bug..
later project manager will decide whether to release the
build or not...

I would share my findings with my PM or my stakeholders. I would leave the decision on them whether they stop the build or just provide the patch after get it release.
The main point is that we should not hesitate to share any of our finding at any time.
