Yes we can test products without document . In such scenario we will have to do exploratory testing

Yes, we can test product without documents, in this case we have to do ad-hoc testing.
As a tester in this particular situation, you should contact your PM or developer to get some high level use cases so that you can test product efficiently and effectively.
and 1 more thing if your product is similar to some other product(which is available in market) then you should explore that product and capture some high level scenarios and test them on your product.

Can someone give checklist to test the performance of application. This checklist to be provided in the Test Plan that the following will be tested, e.g. 1. n users will be tested to test the load 2.
