It's depend upon on your motor application. If it is blower
motor or fan motor timing is different than pump
application motor. So you have to refer motor technical
data sheet and find motor starting time (i.e:in what time
motor current goes normal).Accordingly set the star-delta
timer.

We have studied about many techniques for finding the stability of system, ROOT LOCUS, ROUTH, BODE PLOT, POLER PLOT etc. In these which is used where. what are the difference among them... PLZ tell me.......
