What is the difference between SDS Page gel electrophoresis
and native gel?

Both are used to seperate the proteins.SDS-PAGE is done by denaturing agent where as native is run by non-denaturing agent.

in sds gel , proteins are breake up into subunits and
separetly they are eleectrophresed, but in native- no subunits
are separeted migrate as whole.
