In my point of view Database Management System (DBMS) is a tool that is used to manage data either manually or electrically with out using Relations(tables). On the other hand Relational Database Management System(RDBMS) is an electronical tool that use relations (tables) to manage data.

3)RDBMS supports minimum 6 rules of E.F.CODD.DBMS supports 3 rules of E.F.CODD Out off 12 rules
4)RDBMS requires High software and hardware requirements.DBMS require Low software & Hardware
