IF I REFRESH THE REPORT IT HAS TO SELECT COUNTRY AS INDIA IN
DEFAULT AND HAVE TO GIVE THE RESULT?
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS?

You just drag the country object in filter object select the operand as promt, then left side of the operand you could see blue color bubble when you double click on that you will get a promt properties, there you can see the default LOV option, there select India as a default LOV, then when a movement you refresh the reprot, it will show India as default LOV.
