if PLC power failure then whole process will stop.As one
power module for Whole I/O Card.and CPU also working on 24v
DC so as power failure your PLC will in STOP Mode.

yes but redundancy is provided for PLC . the PLC nearest to
the failure region will take control over the failed one .
in some cases central room is also used to take control
