No..I think maximum output voltage can not be greater be
+VCC. As then it enters into saturation.

we can generate the 10kv o/p at the output of op-amp, bcz
it has the larger voltage gain.
or
if we decrease the current we can increase the voltage
bcz the power at the input must be equal to the power at
the output
