The 8051 has an internal RAM of 128 bytes,a total of 32
locations of this internal RAM kept aside for the purpose of
general(working)registers. these 32 bytes are divided into 4
banks each bank has eight registers,R0-R7. these are also
addressed by 00 H to 1F H.They access by choosing a
particular bank(B-0,B-1,B-2,B-3)using D4 and D3 bits of
Program status word(SFR). Actually when power is given to
8051, Bank-0 is selected.
