Is there any difference between the electronics and communication engineering and electronics engineering?
Answer / anthony p
Communication like other electronics are the outcome of
electrical principles.
Electronics Engineering deals with the electrical aspect of
the equipment.
Electronics and Communications Engineer also deals with the
electrical aspects of the equipment, but uses those same
principles in relation to transmission and receipt of
remote signals.
Basically they are the same, but with the emphasis in
communication, such as: wave propagation, VSWR, Frequency,
Modulation, Wave Length, Receive AND Transmit Signals
(dBm), etc.
I have been in this field for over nine years now, haven't
been to college yet, and still love it.
Some electricians or electronics technicians do not like
working with wireless signals because it is not a 'physical
aspect', and will go as far as hardwired networking
equipment.
