hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.
I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?

Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?
hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....
