Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007
passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is
very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160
form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them
so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg
surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery.

So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap
after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna
undergo for the final surgery soon. As they gonna remove the
plates. So suggest me wat is the best answer to give the VI

I met a friend through the internet. He's from USA and older than me. We've been online together for 2 years now. We now decided to meet up. Despite disapproval from my family, we still want to be together. So we planning that i go to USA and be together with him, and cause i'm only 20yrs old, i myself still want to study. He said he's going to sponsor me in the USA. We'll meet in May soon. My family won't sponsor me of course. My questions are, 1. What if the interviewer ask who gonna sponsor me, what shud i say? And if i say my US boyfriend, bet my visa will get rejected cause they wud think i go to USA to be with my boyfriend and not to study. 2.To grant the visa, would they check for the approval of my family first? 3. I'm from Malaysia, and from what i know, the success rate of visa interview are higher, for those who apply from countries that have lower/lowest populations students in US schools? Is it true?
actually i have applied for MBA in Dowling college new york (USA) which GMAT is not require but i have given TOEFL got 92 out of 120 and my visa interview was on 29 july and that was refused due to GMAT and in interview she asked me about GMAT and she told me you are disqualify so please tell me the answer of this question so i can easily give the answer in my next interview.
why are you changing your stream from ece to computer science?
hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. And moreover i am patel. so does it make any impact. Now i am trying for spring 09 intake for the most reputed university, so this time how r the chances of my visa. plz give the suggestion. thanks

HI im currently a third year engineering student. I wish to do an internship in a strategic electronics department which is kind off in collaboration with DRDO,(basically releated to defence projects). visa rejected once...on 11th june. i didnt made any changes in documentation and now am going to attend visa interview on 11th july ... if they asked ... like ..what improvements do you have in your documentation?
I have applied to universities for spring 2010.as alraedy dec 2009 has sarted i am really worried about the visa. i have recived admit from 1 university but that was not my priority so i am waiting for another university to reply.but since i havent god ny answer from them i wann to wait.so i need to noe that what the chances that they clear me if i apply after mid december..are there any chances that they would reject on the basis that i am too late n all.the university is opening on 10-25 jan. please help me to know that what are my chnaces to get a visa if i apply fo visa in or aftre mid dec? are there ny rules that u cant apply after or before some time. as i need to apply for F-1 visa i cant apply without my i-20..please help me
