With the help of requirement test lead will make test
scenario and with the help of test scenario tester will make
test cases.If tester find any difficulty to make test cases
then tester read requirement to clarify all things.

The role of the tester in the requirements phase is to
generated test cases as the requirements come and get
finalized. Though execution can only be done when the
application gets developed, but designing can can be done
during this stage
