Query item is nothing but the coulmn of table or Query
subject.Where data item is report column which we use to
design report and retrive the data of user reqirement.

A query item comes in prepective of FM. It is like a column
of a table and the table itself in FM will be called as
Query subject and its columns as Query item. Now, the data
item is in prepective of RS or Query Studio. There the data
available under thye modekl tree is called as data items.
