Here TV is purchased for personal purpose and in business
any transaction happend for the personal purpose is
considered as a drawings. Therefore we can't raise purchase
oerder for the drawings.

This will not recorded in the books of accounts because as per Business Entity Concept transaction are recorded as per Business perspective not as per Personal.
