HELLO!!Can anybody suggest me ,is this the rite time to go for H1-B visa,i had a talk with my consultant and he suggested me that u should apply for H1B?And if suggestede to apply can u please tell me what will be the type of questions asked to me as i am S.Eng with 3+ yrs of exp in java.Also what will be the possible documents require ay the US Counsalate office.It would be good if somebody can send me the details on sgurpreeth@gmail.com.Looking for ur response guys!!!!!!!!Thanks and Tc

Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.

Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue. My question is what will happen when my employer send me for visa processing? Do I face any Issue? Will My H1B visa stamped or not? Thanks
