Hi All, I am an HR-Generalist with 2.3 years of work experience. I want to apply for the H1b visa. But, I want a sponsor to do so. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me the name and contact details of the sponsor, who find job and prepare for the visa for people outside the USA. Many Thnaks in Advance.

Why you want to work in US?
Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks

My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh

I got H1B approval in 2009 quota. But I would like to give Visa interview in Jan 2011. So is it ok to give the interview after almost 1 year? If no, then what is the maximum time they allow for appearing the VISA interview after H1B approval?
