i think, the old audit is clear or not, if any pending the
audit the next coming auditor(B4) will be responsible

I think, it mostly depend on the nature of job, working
period. While a new placed person will face the audit on the
place of another person then he will have to face the
problem but at this time the company/local management should
have to do the help regarding the matter/audit. But B4 this,
the new person must submit in a written & request to his
employer then he may got good response. And unsolved report
is an another matter.
