Most of Snake venom contain principle toxin which is PLA2,
which causes lysis of cell membrane. Researcher have found
that in venom it contains PI (PLA2 inhibitor) which inturn
regulates the degradation of own host cell membrane of Snake
itself.

Concentration of ATP can be determine by Luciferase couple
enzyme assay, MS, HPLC or by some other means.....
