I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both
the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm
applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work
abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in
India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long
leave). How do I convince the VO I will return back?

Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

I am from B.Tech back ground, i had Applied to do masters in Engineering management, and university gave Admission and sent I-20, if the interviewer asks why are doing masters in this field, even you are from B.Tech (ECE)? Can any one give me relevant answer, if interviewer asks that question

How many times can one apply for visa if rejected once for fall 2009 ? I was rejected a visa on june 23rd. and can i apply for emergency date for 2nd attempt , however i am not able to view dates for the interview.
