Am I gonna face some problems with VO, as I have some
backlogs during my engineering, but I completed it within 4
years with 65% aggregate. My GRE score is 1320 and TOEFL
score is 95. Please also tell me the exact way to count the
backlogs.

How does US visa officer verify the educational certificates at the time of visa interview. Do they actually cross check anything.
My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

Im Vishal..I did my undergrad at anna university, chennai (2005-2009).. My UG percentage is 63% and i had 12 backlogs which i cleared by the end of the 7th semester..My gre score is 1250 and toefl 103...I have also been given a tuition waiver of 6000usd which is mentioned on my i- 20..Will i face visa rejection due to my acads?Im sure i wont have issues regarding the finances...please care to give in your replies...got my interview this 3rd..thank you..

i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

I have done my MBA (finance and marketing) in 2004 and have worked for 5 years. Now I want to apply for MBA program in USA.Please let me know if Visa officer at consultate puts me a question, why do you want to go for MBA again ? ( Having MBA in 2004 and 5 years experience)..Please suggest me with suitable answer..
