Agile Methodology is nothing but when the customer
requirement keep on changes.
It has two more sub modules.
1. Rapid Application Development
2. Scrum wise Development

RAD-The objective of RAD methodology is a quick turnaround
time with emphasis on requirements definition.Which is
accomplished by heavy user involvement throughout all
development phases.

Scrum Development - It focus on delivering the highest
business value in the shortest time.
Every two weeks to a month anyone can see the real working
software and decide to release as is or continue for another
iteration.

I would say It is iterative, time based, business specific
and delivery focused
it is feature driven, at the end of each iteration a specfic
feature is either build/add or tested
