Yes. The following steps work assuming you have Crystal
Reports on the machine and the appropriate export dlls
loaded.

Open the report
Preview it
Click the EXPORT envelope
Select REPORT DEFINITION for the format
Select DISK FILE
Click OK
Enter a file name or accept the default
Click SAVE

The file is a text file and can be viewed with NOTEPAD

hi... i've two crystal reports one is in D: drive name employee.rpt with 5 textobject and another report is in E: drive name employee.rpt with 15 textobject... now i want to write a program to overwrite the D drives report with E drives reports i.e i want to replace the 5 textobject with 15 textobject.. overwriting the reports while it is executing .. is there any code for it please help me.. its urgent..

hi...to all i want to generate the two crystal reports one is employee and another is project. now i want to display the two reorts in a single crystal report viewer. i've tried using sub-reports but the page header is not avaliable in a sub reports.. so i want to display two separate crystalreports in a single viewer.. can anybody help me.. plz

Kindly Help for this Below Scenario, I am going to implement Power BI into our internal software. I’m familiar with the fact that each user can pay $9.99 a month to build and view reports but what I need to know is how can we embed Power BI into our application so that any users that log into our application can see the reports without the monthly fee. I’ve researched enough that it can be done. What I am not familiar with is how to do it or the pricing of embedding it into an application. I think they do pricing on how many renders you do or something. Would you be able to look into how we could embed it into our software and the cost?

Is there a size limit to creating a Crystal Report? If I run a statement report for all customers it will crash if there are too many customers. I can print all the statements if I select them in batches, but if trying to print all at once Crystal will crash after a few minutes.

One more interview question If I have the data where some columns have multiple values in a given row of data returned from the database. The stored procedure returns data as it is that is blanks values and non blank values. However, I need to suppress the blank values not by showing 0 values but by shifting the cells up. Is there a way using a formula to shift the blank cell one row up based on a selection critieria? In the example below, I want to get rid of the blank values under Exposure column without replacing with 0. example: Company Margin Exposure AB 500 3 10 7 8 ABC 200 4 2 5 10 Thanks Anita
