It is a base table for all party entities, now the
s-org_ext, s_contact becomes the extension tables for s_party

Party concept is used from 7.0 onwards.
It is used for segregating the data.
Data is segregated to Person, Group and Organization.
Base table related to these data is S_PARTY
Extension tables are
1.Person( S_EMP_PER, S_CONTACT, S_USER )
2.Group ( S_USERLST, S_POSTN, S_PARTYGROUP )
3.Organization ( S_ORG_EXT, S_BU)
