First you need to go to pshome and then double click on the
icon for the datamover (like dm*.exe). Then when datamover
will come up just put the db owner id and db owner pwd.you
will be able to login in bootstrap mode.

log in in to data-mover in bootstrap mode as superuser that is,
sysadm
sysadm.

Go to PS_HOME/bin/client/wim86 and double click on 'PSDMT' , after appearing welcome window, it must be select 'Oracle' as connection type and just put PEOPLESOFT Super user "sysadm" as user id and user password then click 'OK'. you will be login in "Boostrap" mode. hope the answer of quesion.
