In PO only buyer can create purchase order whereas employee
cannot create purchase order.

Employee should be defined as buyer to create Purchase
orders in PO.

Example : In a company/organization there will be many

prepare the po by receiving the requisitions from all the
employees in the company.

When ever we r defining the user,that time we should assign the buyer name also in user form,if we can select user name as a buyer in the user form, then that time employee can also act as a buyer .
