Hi, I got admission in BIOMEDICAL ENG. MS in Ohio,WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY. My gradution % is 59.67. GRE 1030. TOEFL 87. I am going to appeaar fro visa interview. I am bit tensed about my backlogs. I have a lot of zeal to study Biomed. and make my career. will b rejected b'coz of my backlogs?

Hello everybody.......I am Vishal from Bangalore....I have secured admission in a flight school at USA for commercial pilot training. Ill be appearing for M1 visa interview at US consulate (Chennai) shortly. I am not taking any professional guidance for my visa interview, so i would glad if you guys can answer few of my questions and advise me on the same. Let me tel you guys a lil about my training. The duration of my training is 7-9months. The cost of my training as mentioned on I-20 is $45000 U.S. dollars. It includes 6 months accommodation, food and and utility expenses. I have got a education loan from a nationalized bank. The bank has sanctioned $41500 U.S. dollars. My parents are funding the remaining amount required for my training and other personnel expense . My first questions that, Apart from the $45000 U.S. dollars how much more funds will the interviewer expect me to have at the time of my interview. My second question is regarding the work permit. As you guys know currently air carriers in India are suffering badly, so they have stopped hiring pilots. If i perform well my flight school is ready to employ me as a instructor. However with M1 visa i can stay only for a year without any work permit. So is it possible to apply for work permit and get my visa extended at the end of my training without having come to India? Kindly advise... Regards

PLZ HELP ME..hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by that university.. my Visa interview is on 19th.. my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters {mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any trouble if i say my brother is also studying there??? please friends i am waiting for your reply
