It says they "want" to dance with each other, but not that
that they actually dance with each other.
If you simplify it down to just 4 men and 4 woman.
There is a potential scenario where
Man A - Dances with 3 women
Man B - Dances with 2 women
Man C - Dances with 1 woman
Man D - Dances with 0 women
From the woman's perspective the same could occur.
So because these scenarios exist then None of the statements
