hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my
wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon
advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for
education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her
interview all her documents are complete she is coming for
4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is
can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in
usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become
citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her
country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this
point up in interview what could they ask and what should
be best reply thank you very much

i attended my interview on 7th, they asked me 1) why do you want to study now? 2) are you working? i'm having a working experience of 5 years in s/w field. I answered 2nd but for my first question i think they have not satisfied with my answer. can u please help me out by giving a gud answer for my 1st query?
Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time for the Aug(fall) 2010 admissions or not. Pls give ur valuable suggestions or share ur experiences about how should i proceed. thnx in advance :)

Am I gonna face some problems with VO, as I have some backlogs during my engineering, but I completed it within 4 years with 65% aggregate. My GRE score is 1320 and TOEFL score is 95. Please also tell me the exact way to count the backlogs.
hello, i got rejection in usa 8 times first 3rd time on findlay and last five time on liberty.they give me one reason that i am not convincing well i told all anser well. at that time my toefl score is 47 now i gave second time i scored 94.also i rejected 2 times in canada all on student visa.i applied in usa this time my inertview is on 12th aug.so please help me get visa. is ther any bad impact of previos rejection and canada rejection.
