Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
Specific Heat:It is an amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a unit mass of a substance through 1°C.
Latent Heat:It is an amount of heat required to Change a unit mass of a substance from on phase to another phase at same temperature.
Sensible Heat:It is an amount of heat required to change the temperature of a substance.

when some body get sweaty , he rejects latent heat while his
body temp not changed
water boils at 100 degrees and boiling is going on till all
water turned to water vapor and the temp still 100 degrees
then latent heat was released to the atmosphere
latent heat to turn water (liquid state) to water vapor (
gaseous state) by attention that temperature did not change
,100 degrees
sensible heat is when we for example heat this vapor above
100 degrees in a closed vessel till 4 example 160 degrees
the temp of vapor is increased now above boiling point of water
this is sensible heating , we can sense it

Latent heat can be describe sa a process , when the heat is
added or removed from a substance..there will be a change in
phase or physical characteristics of a substance..but the
temperature remains constant..
where as of sensible...there will be change in
temperature..b there will be no change in its pase.

specific heat : It is amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kg of ice at 0 degree through 1 degree.
latent heat : It is amount of heat energy required to change the phase of liquid without change in temperature.
sensible heat :It is amount of heat required to raise the temperature of liquid upto saturation without change of phase.

Sensible heat
When an object is heated, its temperature rises as heat is added. The increase in heat is called sensible heat. Similarly, when heat is removed from an object and its temperature falls, the heat removed is also called sensible heat. Heat that causes a change in temperature in an object is called sensible heat.
Latent heat
All pure substances in nature are able to change their state. Solids can become liquids (ice to water) and liquids can become gases (water to vapor) but changes such as these require the addition or removal of heat. The heat that causes these changes is called latent heat.

specific heat is energy require to raise temp.of unit mass
of material and latent heat is the energy absorb or
rejected during the phase change of a substance..while
sensible heat is amount of energy exchance in form of
change of temperature during phase change of a substance
