Better hope they don't ask about GRE.....even if they ask the try to convince them that ur academic background is strong and based on that u have been given I 20....

I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

My qualification is MCA and Im applied for MS in Us I got I-20 from University of Bridgeport? Iam having doubt if visa officer asks me you are already masters,then wht is the need to go for masters? can any body help me? My visa interview date is 14 july 2010.

Hello Sir/Madam, I had completed my graduation in BCA from Lyallpur Khalsa College ( regular) which is under Guru Nanak Dev University and got 59% in 2009. I want to do my further studies in New york or near to new york in USA . Which course is good for me? And which college/University is best for me where fees structure is not very high ? I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long leave).
