provision for bad debts means Uncollectible expences. its a
loss pertain for 1 year.
reserve for bad debts is amount kept aside for bad debts.

BAD DEBT IS THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF UNRECOVERED MONEY HOWEVER
RESERV BAD DEBT IS BASED ON ESTIMATION.
