A week back I had applied for B2 visa, as my husband is there in US for a short business trip on B1 visa. But they rejected my visa on clause 214(b). Am thinking of applying again after a week more(After a gap of 15 days). But wondering how probable are my chances of getting the visa this time? Shud I wait for some more time? My fiancy(2 years back we got engagement and we planned to marry in next year), on vacation he is back to india and also he went to usa recentlty. now he is home sick he is unable to focus on his work he is sending all the the documents for b2 visa.how much chance to get visa .can any one help me what questions they will ask me
we planned our trip to us on june 15th 2009(booked the roundtrip ticket). we got an appoinment on june 8th 2009 for the interview.we can show all the documents clearly.but my doubt is only with the financial background.At present we saved 65000sr.could anyone say howmuch we have to show in our account for the interview or this money is enough.expecting a reply fast. thanks maya
Dear Friends, I am 33 years old and working in a technical software industry. I am Workiing in India. I am holding 10 yr B1/B2 Visa valid till 2014. Can someone please share with me " how soon can one visit again on B2 visitor visa"???? and Secondly I am assuming that they will give 3 months initially...then can we extend it? Is yes on what grounds and for how long? Lets Say I plan to come in Nov... then till when can i stay and when i can be back to go back on b2 again? Regards, Mudita

I don't know the reason why? vo asked me who lives in usa? i ans. my brother. vo asked me wt do you do i ans. i am an agriculturist. last question he asked that what will you do in usa? i replied i am going to join my bro. for vacations. vo replied i am sorry i cant give u visa. i got rejection under section 214b. now i am going to reapply again. so plz tell me how to prepare for interview.

hi.. Am Deepthi and am 23 yrs old.I finished my graduation just 3 months back. I got my admission in a Business school.I have two months break before my school starts. So i want to go to USA with tourist B2 visa and spend these two months with my brother who is working in USA. I already applied for tourist a visa just a week back and i got rejected. So my question is can i try for visa again in a week?.. How can i convince the visa officer that I'll surely come back. Becoz frankly i will surely come back as i should join my school after two months. Am going to show my MBA admission letter as my ties to INDIA. Please advice me about what should i say when they ask me "WHY DO YOU WANT TO GO TO USA?".. Last time they asked me the same question. I said i want to meet my brother who is staying in US and so am going there... but i guess the officer was not convinced with my answer.. So can u please tell me what is a more better answer to this question to convince the visa officer. Please help me..
Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Now I want to renew my visa for further period of 5 or 10 years. I would like to know the procedure and required papers.
