in positive displacement pumps pressure is developed due to displacament of piston where as in centrifugal pump pressure is developed due to rotation of impeller

Firstly centrifugal pump is -ve displacement pump I.e.pressure & discharge is varry but in +ve displacement pump delivery pump meance discharge is constant in + ve displacement pump
