STEAM. IN MOLIER'S CHART POINT AT THE TOP OF THE BELL
SHAPED CURVE IS KNOWN AS CRITICAL POINT AT WHICH WATER GETS
CONVERTED INTO STEAM. THIS IS USED IN HIGH PRESSURE BOILERS.
