Number of Combinations of 4 consecutive numbers is 37 (it
makes no diff. whether the combination is in stright order
or reverse its still the same combination and ought not be
counted twice)
and out of the total combinations possible i.e 91390 the
probability would be 37/91390 = 0.000405
