it depend which mccb you have most hase thermal and
megnetic ttrip setting for thermal you cand set may 110 to
120 % of full load amp. and megnetic 3 to 10 time of FLA go
with less time suppose 3 time if mccb trip when load
connected increase little higher

I have 30 kw motor load & i have selected 10 kvar capacitor bank for power factor improvement.my existing p.f is 0.85 & proposed p.f is 0.99 so ,is it right selection? 2 nd question how to connect c.bank whether in delta or star connection & how to decide it?

If a capacitor bank is having rating 750kvar for 6.6kv. Then for 3.3kv how much will be the rating of capacitor bank.
