to tester to do testing
from spe doc he will know what to test
test plan when to test where to test ,where to report
what is the work flow etc

this documents are kept in folder which can be accessed by
everyone who r authorized

what is the difference b/n DPD(Defect profile document) and TRD(Test Report document).
