PI means 'polarisation index'.It is the ratio of megger
values at 10 th minute and that at first minute.This value
should be more than 1 and more than 1.5 is preferred.For
this motorised megger is required.For appx value, if you do
not have such megger ,values after 60 seconds and 10
seconds may also be considered.
