because data sending is OK so ping is working but data is
not receiving from the source . there is problem in the
connection or in the site.

as per the question we r able to ping dns, then we have to
check our modem connectivity and configuration if still
having problem we have to ask ISP for help

There are a couple of possibilities that could be checked:

1. Check the blacklist in the firewall and see if it is
blocking? If so properly configure the firewall.
2. Check the browser settings ie. if any proxy server
settings are enabled...
