Please i would like to know ,incase you are refused F1 visa ,how long can it take to reply for another ? Or when refused of visa how long must you go for another interview?

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help

My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

1.why you select this university ?? 2.what is the california or (xyz) university ?? 3.how many university have u applied ?? 4.why you select this university ?? 5.what about other university ?? 6.what was your grad ?? 7.who is sponsoring you ?? 8.what is your financial background ?? 9.how will you survive over there ??
