V found following types of Bugs in real time while doing
Testing:-
-Blocker/Fatal
-Majour
-Minor
-Low/Suggestion
As per the Question,QA Manager or Lead mention in Test Plan
what are the features to be tested and not to be tested in
by the Refrenece of the FRS or client discussion.
Then based upon this v Test the application.

recognize from Requirment Analysis. As for test plan the
input documents are Requirment document, then discussion
with stackholders.
