First need to verify that customer's guess is correct or
not might be that bug produced cause of client side
environment (bed), network or performace of the system.
Most of the time after deployment of the build old fixed
issues re-appear or new issues come up. After deciding
about fact tester should arrive at a conclusion.

My answer was this way:

1.The way requirements was specified was intrepreted by the
kind of testing done from testing team.(Means requirements
was mis-interpretated)
2.Accept the testers mistakes for missing the bug.
3.Testing is done to ensure that bugs exist in application
and not to prove that bugs doesnt exist. So 100% testing is
not possible, but made sure that defect slippage was wihin
the specified limits.

What would be a person who is looking for a job in testing should put his jobprofile in some jobs websites like Naukri,Times,Monster,Etc,Etc.... as a QA or QC if He/She is trying for Manual or Automation Testing?
