'C-Form' needs to be obtained by a registered dealer under
the CST Act., and issued to the supplier outside the state,
who has supplied goods at concessional rate of tax as per
the provisions of CST Act.

C-from is obtained by the registered dealer from the excise
and taxtation authority and issued to the supplier in the
interstate transaction for the concessional rate prescribed
under the CST Act. If a purchaser purchase without a c-form
from another state, he is liable for the full rate of VAT
applicable in the state on the commodity.
