1- Quantities for 1m3qb of concreate worck
Volume of cement=1/7x1.52=0.217/0.035=6.24 Bag cement
Sand =2/7X1.5=0.428
AGGREGATE =4/7X1.5=0.857
NOTE - IT CULCUATION IS MIX -1:2:4 or m-15 BY VOLUME
- 1.52 is volume of dry concrete
- 0.035 is volume of 1 bag cement
- 7 is plus of mix concrete (1+2+4=7)
- M-5 to m-25 is mix by volume and abobe mix is
desines mix by laborotery
- If you want to cico mix it is 2% of cement weaght
- (m-5 is 1:5:10,M-7.5 is 1:4:8,M-10is 1:3:6,M-15 is
1:2:4, M-20 is 1:1.5:3,M-25 is 1:1:2)
3- Quantities far 1m3 cement mortar (wet)
- 1.3x volume of dry wet
- 1/5x1.3xy=volume of cement
- 4/5x1.3xy=sand in m3
NOTE- 5 is plus of mix (1+4=5)
1.3 is dry volume of mortar
EXAMPUL1- Please cul culate the volume mortar with thiknes
and surfashe area(10mx10mx15mm thick plaster
2- increase 20% is bulck like joints and wastage.
3- if you want 100m2 plaster =100m2x.015 mm thik
plaster=1.5 m3 mortar20% is extra of1.5m3mortar=0.3m3
Total=1.5+0.3=1.8m3 mortarIf your mix is 1:4
=1/5x1.3x1.8=0.468/.035=13.37 Bag CEMENT=4/5x1.3x1.8=1.872
m3 SAND reqd.
