Hi,
Organization Unit is a part of Active Directory and is
present in "UserManagerForDomainsAndControllers" .We can
add new OU and name them and can assign with specific
permissions.

 OU design requires balancing requirements for
delegating administrative rights - independent of Group
Policy needs - and the need to scope the application of
Group Policy. The following OU design recommendations
address delegation and scope issues:
 Applying Group Policy An OU is the lowest-level
Active Directory container to which you can assign Group
Policy settings.
 Delegating administrative authority

The Group Policy architecture is flexible and allows for
many types of design. The guiding principle as you design
your organizational unit structure should be to create a
structure that is easy to manage and troubleshoot. There
are two key reasons to create an organizational unit:
To enable delegation of administration.
To scope the application of GPOs
