I have done b.tech in Computer Science hoping a great scope
and Excellence in Engineering. But all Students are not
meritorious to clear Government Engineering Exam. so I could
not clear & worked with private companies at very mere
amount. but few month back, I noticed a mass vacancy in the
Banking Sector. I felt like it could give me security.
Moreover, since i begin to know about the monetary policies
& How money flow in Indian Infrasturucture. it interested me
most. I really dont want to slip this golden oppertunity
from my hand as it is already with biggest bank whether it
be clerk or officer rank. Promotional possiblies are also
alive in near future. but not now as a mass vacancy also had
been advertised. so I really want to be on this post in
every condition, if bank fears due to my over qualification
, I may quit soon. Then i m ready to sign a bond for a year.

hi, i am raghav. i have completed my b.tech from electrical and electronics engineering...but i m nt interested in that field.and i m interested in banking sector.i have been shortlisted for the interview of karur vysya bank.
so my question is how to answer the question
"you are from b.tech eee background and why do you want to go for banking?" during the interview...please help me by giving some suggestions..

hi i got msg from sbi that i am selected for interview in clerical cadre, exam held in november. i applied for andhra pradesh as obc. i belongs to bc-d community. so bc-d certificate from MRO is enough for cast certificate or any other is required. plz help me

I've cleared sbi clerical written exam held on nov 2009.But in my 12th std I've scored 59.6% only..But as per the eligibility there should be 60% in 12th std and 40% in graduation..In my graduation I hav 80% and in my post graduation I hav 70%...but I've 59.6% only in 12th so somebody pls tell me whether they will allow me to attend the interview or not..?.. tell me whether I'm eligible for selection in sbi clerical exam... And pls tell me whether they will neglect my 12th std mark and consider my grad and post grad marks or not..??.. Had any one faced any such problem... pls reply..

Recently i had an interview in SBI on 3rd of MAY. The interview question was as: 1) Tell me 7 wonders ? 2) Who is CM of Karnataka ? 3) How many district in Karnataka ? 4) since my native place is Ramgarh so interviewer asked me that any famous movie based upon this location ? 5) since i am from technical background so they asked me about RAM , Processor , Bluetooth ? 6) They asked some question from current affairs like what is UID and what is census ? 7) What do u know about SBI ? I answred all the question except how many district in Karnataka. Thats it guys. The interview was full of fun. When i answered that movie sholey is based uopn place Ramgarh the moment on that time was funny. All interviwer laughed and i too. There were three interviewer in the room. In front of me the male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side female interviewer had an age of 30-40. I have attended sbi clerk interview on 05.05.2010. totally three members were in the interview panel. out of them two have asked simple questions about agriculture. i answered for them. the remaining one asked about rural development. it was difficult. whether i will be selected or not. please post ur answers.
