just go to siebel tools, and
select applet,
create new applet,
go to list create new list,
expand list column and fill the fields what ever u want,

after that again go to applet,select ur applet, Right clict
your applet and select 'EDIT WEB LAY OUT'
select one web templete 'Applet list(base/edit list)'
click next and finish ur applet by saving ur applet.

Hi Srini,
Applet can be created in two ways one is through manual and
other will be wizard.Go tools select object click on applet
select whether ur creating list or form.once applet created
go to view(ur applet has share)edit the view and drag and
drop u r new applet and then compile it.
View also create in wizard go to select object go to view
select and do all those things add buttons so an so, after
cereating view u have to add your view to the screen and the
assign the responsibilits.without responsibilitys ur view
cont be complited.
