physical layer appear error free to the upper layer.
Specific responsibilities of DLL include
1)Framing
2)physical addressing
3)Flow control
4)Error control
5)Access control

1. M.A.C.(Media Access Control)
2. L.L.C.(Logical Link Layer)

Here the packets are converted into frames because to
assign meaning to bit and bytes

3. Flow Control and
4. Access Control
