player 1.... bcoz there are total nine chances in a game....
and the last chance is of Player 1.... so it gives him a chance to win.

player 2 has more possibility to win the game.......
b'z player 1 starts the game.so he did put all the 3 marks
in the box,therefore player 1 has lost his chance to win..
then player 2 can easily wil win

the second playe will win the match because,1st player will
mark at odd times,second on even times..if only one box is
left then here are 8 marks made..so the 8th mark was made
by second player..
